Agreement
These terms apply to services provided by TM General Trading (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/490534/07. By accepting a quotation you agree to the terms set out here and in the quotation itself.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied and, where applicable, a site assessment. Prices remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the quoted scope is charged separately and confirmed with you first.
Bookings and access
Service dates are confirmed in writing. The client must provide safe access to the property, water and power where the work requires it, and must clear the work area of valuables and obstructions before the team arrives.
Payment
Payment terms appear on the quotation and invoice. Deposits may apply to material based work such as painting and waterproofing. Late payment may pause further scheduled work.
Service outcomes
We carry out work to professional standards using suitable products and methods. Pest activity levels, building conditions and weather affect results, so where a follow up visit is included it is stated in the quotation.
Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move a booking. Late cancellation may attract a call out fee where the team has already been dispatched.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, or for damage arising from conditions we were not informed about before the work started.
